As the only year-round abattoir in the Yukon, we serve farmers and hunters from all over the territory. That's why it's important to book early!We take fall bookings for slaughter and processing months in advance, so book in the spring to guarantee your slot!Our booking rep will guide you through our process to ensure you and your animals are ready come fall, including proper tags and identification for all animals. Complete tracking of drop-off, slaughter, and processing times, as well as temperature, storage, transport, and all other health and safety concerns is done using our PD form.
